All partners have significant experience in leading and facilitating the clinical visioning process including the management of clinical discussions, presentations, drawing out clinical views and managing conflict or disagreement.
We can bring a variety of techniques including graphical and visual aids, creativity and problem solving techniques and a focus on ensuring that clinical decisions made are grounded on a firm evidence base.
Either as part of a business case or as a free standing project, Fusion Health can act as an independent facilitator of important option appraisal projects. We will bring a balance of experience, independence, qualitative and quantitative techniques to ensure that all stakeholders recognise the value of an open and inclusive approach to the option appraisal process, an approach that is vital to ensuring that the decision making process is considered robust by all stakeholders.
We have the expertise to produce real time analysis of the non financial appraisal process, clearly articulating the scoring of options, based on weighted benefits criteria along with discussion of scenario and sensitivity analysis.
Financial and economic analysis is also available, resulting in a clearly integrated process of identifying the optimal solution taken forward as the preferred option.
Fusion partners are available to facilitate events on a stand-alone basis where independent experienced facilitators are considered to be of benefit to the process or as part of an ongoing project facilitation exercise.
Information gathering can also be conducted either as part of an ongoing project or on a stand-alone basis. All three elements of information gathering play a vital role in ensuring that assumptions for future strategy are evidenced based, take account of the views of key stakeholders ensure that those stakeholders feel that their views have been noted and provide an appropriate means of comparison.
