His healthcare planning and project management experience spans twelve years. Geof has worked with acute, community, mental health and primary care trusts and contributed to PFI, P21+ and LIFT projects, together with Frameworks Scotland.

Adrian Vickers, BSc (Hons), ACA, MBA

Adrian has worked in senior healthcare positions for the last eighteen years, the past eight of them as a Director and principal level consultant with a strategic healthcare consultancy. Prior to that, he was involved with commissioning and financial management within large NHS Trusts and Health Authorities. Adrian has worked as healthcare planner on major construction projects and has contributed to PFI, P21 and other partnering frameworks.

Judy Macdonald, MSc Public Sector Management (Associate Partner)

Fusion Health continues to have access to the experience and skills of Judy Macdonald, an associate partner of the practice. Judy has recently left the partnership to return to clinical practice but maintains a close advisory relationship with Fusion Health LLP.

As an experienced manager of health projects, Judy is adept at business case development and client brief development. Judy has taken part in competitive dialogue and worked on clinical output specifications. Together with PFI projects, Judy has contributed to and led on NHS LIFT facilitation and project development Via LIFT Co and PC organisation.
