How We Work

As Fusion commences any project, a clear, rapid review and evaluation of the project purpose and scope is presented to the client. A comprehensive initiation document, detailing information requirements, timescales, resource requirements, project outputs and definitions of success defines the project and is adhered to. Further discussion with the client as the project continues ensures timely delivery. Any need for the expansion of the project plan or of Fusion's contribution will always be discussed and agreed with the client.

Fusion Health offers a clear fee structure and risk sharing strategy. Fusion Health operates with a minimum of overheads, real cost savings which we pass on to our clients. For the level of experience and service our clients receive, our rates are considered highly competitive. Fusion is entirely open with each client regarding the resources that each project will receive and the rates that will apply.

We are happy to discuss a full range of fee structures from charging daily rates through to a fixed project fee basis.

Fusion Health provides regular reports and updates at agreed intervals, no matter what the project size or nature. We ensure that clients are appraised of progress and always endeavour to issue drafts for client approval early on in the project.

We value all feedback from our clients as one of the most effective methods of maintaining and improving our quality of service and will request feedback from our clients on a continuing basis from the very outset of a project. With our clients, we identify the range of KPIs most appropriate to each project against which our performance will be assessed.
