• A comprehensive understanding of the NHS financial regime including budgetary and ledger analysis, income and expenditure modelling, payment by results and capital charging.
• Creation of bespoke financial models to support the analyses of strategic change
• Focusing on the ability to fully utilise the models that are created by allowing options and scenarios to be developed and input into the model.
