Fusion Health LLP was established in 2008 by Directors from major health planning consultancies wishing to adopt a different service approach to that traditionally offered to the NHS.

Each Fusion Partner is selected based on their unique skills set and how that integrates and complements others in the project team. We believe that a project team with a deliberate combination of overlapping skills and experience, coupled with specific expertise in required fields creates the best opportunity for seamless project delivery.

Fusion Health combines the benefits of providing only senior experienced professionals to a project in an organisational structure that is both efficient and effective, both in terms of the results we achieve and the costs of doing so.

Fusion is well placed to support projects throughout the country, more so when each member of the Fusion team is fully capable of, and experienced in travelling and working away from base. We also utilise the latest ICT resources as communication is considered a vital component both within Fusion and also with every client.

The Partners delivering the strategic healthcare projects are supported by two administrators.
